Miro Brickell

Miro Brickell is a great place to live. I lived there from January 2020 through March 2023. It's located only a few blocks from amazing restaurants and bars. The building it-self if always super clean and the amenities such as the gym and pool are never too full. Most of all, the staff genuinely cares for their residents. I especially want to thank Emma and Tania who always were welcoming and kind. They would go out of their way to give Rocco (my dog) a treat and were always super helpful in regards to any maintenance issues. If you're looking for a place in the middle of Brickell that offers luxury amenities at a decent price and a friendly staff, look no further.... I wholeheartedly recommend Miro Brickell.

With new management comes change. Find the Miro changes below: - Fire alarms going off 2-3 times a week during both the day and night - Lack of noise enforcement - Trash chutes full up to the teen floors - Consistent thefts of cars, bicycles, and even TVs from the clubhouse - Dozens of lost packages in the package room - Lack of concierge - Garage gates closing on cars as they leave - Homeless people sleeping in random places of the building - Feces and urine in the elevator and stairwells - Elevators getting stuck - Constant law enforcement presence due to crime in the building - Double murder one block away The last and biggest change of all is the change in rent prices to the upside.

What can I say. This has been a cool place to hang my hat. Probably the best bang for your buck in miami. Have not had any real issues so far. Tania and Emma are my preferred go to office workers when I have a question or maintenance request. Maintenance guys are top notch. The ground keepers and cleaning staff is great. I just keep to myself and am having a good time staying here. Will renew for sure.

I was having trouble with my keys and the leasing office (Tania Lloret and a few others) were very helpful in the process of getting me new keys. Then I lost my keys and Tania was once again extremely helpful and even gave me her own keychain to attach to the keys so I won’t lose them again. It was really nice of her to give me her own keychain. Great team at MIRO and are always very accommodating of any internal issues.

Google maps review There’s a new management company in the building. Rent went up and service went down. The alarms goes off sometimes 4-6 times a day, the firefighters are next door so they come fast , nobody goes downstairs hopefully there’s never a real emergency. The garage gate don’t work all the time but they charge you $125/month per parking space and the exit door from the garage closes and it destroyed a car roof recently. Scooters, bikes and even cars are stolen from the garage and even with cameras there’s nothing you can do. Trash in public spaces Near parking garage doors and other common areas. Weekend is like a party with loud music and apts parties. So to pay close to 3k a month to live like you are in overtown. it doesn’t make sense. If you move out good luck getting your deposit they will take it and charge you more without taking in consideration how did you received the ap with the previous administration, it seems they don’t read and honor the notes from the previous management company. You try to talk to management but nothing happens, no action nobody knows what else to do and what are the tenants rights. Elevators are down all the time, people get stuck in the elevators for hours, no man’s land at night there’s no security or concierge anybody can enter the building. It was a great building and great area. The package room is full all the time good luck finding or receiving your packages una timely manner. Do not move into this building
